Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Who sells you the subscription

Selaryx subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for the transaction, appears on your statement, and handles billing and refunds on our behalf. Their terms apply to the purchase alongside ours.

Selaryx is operated by Daniel Shterenberg, based in Israel. Contact: support@selaryx.com.

2. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account or by emailing support@selaryx.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds — our policy

If Selaryx isn't for you, email support@selaryx.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, we refund the current period if the service was unavailable or did not work as described. We do not refund a period you have used simply because you forgot to cancel — but ask us anyway; we read every message.

4. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law gives you a right to cancel a distance-selling transaction within a set period after the transaction or after receiving the policy document, whichever is later, and the seller may deduct a small cancellation fee. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, and where they give you more than our policy does, they win.

5. Failed or duplicate charges

Email us with the date and the amount. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.

6. How long a refund takes

Refunds are issued by the merchant of record, typically within 5–10 business days, back to the original payment method.
